3) Supply your own substitute (winds, brass, & perc.)

ALL REGULAR REHEARSALS ARE MONDAYS are 7-10pm. Most rehearsals are at Devotion School Auditorium, top floor: 345 Harvard St., Brookline, 2?blocks north of Beacon St., near Coolidge Corner. BRING MUSIC STANDS. Please come early to rehearsals to help with setup. Time to prepare each concert is limited. Please do your best to attend all rehearsals, including those that fall on holidays. Thanks for planning ahead. WE NEED YOU! STUDENTS ¡V IMPORTANT: Check your vacation plans ASAP (Dec. & March). Please arrange your travel to return in time for/or leave after important rehearsals and the concerts. Contact Mona if there is a conflict. Make winter holiday plans that allow you to return for our Jan. rehearsals if possible. BU & NEC students: be aware that our March concert may be during spring break. All students: there may be other conflicts at your school, so check your schedules. And if you live in a dorm, you may need to make alternate living arrangements. Please plan now! DIRECTIONS TO VENUES: Devotion School: 345 Harvard St., Brookline. Take T¡¦s Green ¡§C¡¨ Line to Coolidge Corner, walk 2 ?blocks north of Beacon St. on Harvard St. Parking: on street

Jordan Hall is on the corner of Huntington Ave. and Gainsborough St. at New England Conservatory. The nearest T stops are: Symphony on the Green E Line, Hynes on the other Green Lines, & Mass. Ave on the Orange Line. Parking: some on street at meters, two pay parking lots nearby.

Regis College is on Wellesley St. in Weston, between Rt. 20 & 30. By T: take Green D Line to Riverside (the end of the line), board shuttle bus or car pool to Regis. Allow extra time (at least 45 minutes). Mona will get current shuttle schedule.
